About Us

We have been Staffordshire dairy farmers since the 1830's. In the 1970's we foresaw a market opportunity and diversified into soft fruit production. Today we supply soft fruit (strawberries and raspberries) to UK supermarkets for a 6-month period each year. We also maintain dairy, beef and arable units.

The farm is a family business, employing 6 full-time staff. Each year we welcome 150+ seasonal workers who help us harvest our crops.

Our crops are normally picked between May and November.

Much of the work on the farm is in teams or groups and all tasks involve manual work including lifting, bending and twisting. All work is provided on a daily contractual basis and will consist of one of the following tasks: strawberry / raspberry picking, packhouse work, crop production tasks, irrigation, tunnel construction.
