Non-EU Nationals

There is no free movement to the UK for unskilled workers please check on the UK Border Agency Website for your rights.

EU Nationals

EU nationals from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia have free movement to the UK for the exception of the Bulgarians and Romanians at present.

Bulgarian/Romanians

If you are a Bulgarian or Romanian you may be eligible for a place on the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS) run by licensed operators approved by the Home Office.

For recruitment please contact HOPS (GB) on www.hopsgb.org.uk - the licensed operator with whom TW Busby & Son are registered.

If you arrive on the farm without the correct documentation, we will be unable to give you work or accommodation.
